New Space: Access to space - Basics
The spirit of NewSpace is revolutionizing our vision of access to space. Reading keys will enable you to understand the technological and strategic challenges in games with new rules, fixed by ambitious players. Combine the new technologies and management of space access with the classical paradigm of the existing space context. It is difficult to give a definition of the New Space, but we can say that there are several aspects that characterize the New Space and access to space in the New Space: innovation, private actors, reducing the price of access to space, space for all, awareness of societal challenges. In this course, you will first acquire basic knowledge to understand how to access space. This will concern mission analysis, launchers, and rocket engines design. This introductory information will help you to understand what characterizes space access in the New Space in relation to three main aspects: 1. Methodologies of design, development, and production of launchers and rockets 2. Innovative technologies 3. Sustainable space with the future development of green launchers, towards a green space

Build Console Games in C: Apply Game Logic Skills
Learners will apply core C programming concepts, design interactive console games, and analyze game logic through hands-on project development. By the end of this course, learners will be able to build complete single-player and two-player games in C, implement menu-driven programs, manage arrays and strings, apply randomization, validate user input, and control program flow using loops and conditional logic. This course offers a practical, project-based approach to learning C programming by guiding learners through the development of two classic games: Hangman and Tic-Tac-Toe. Instead of focusing on isolated syntax, learners progressively translate concepts into real working programs. Each module builds logically on the previous one, allowing learners to strengthen problem-solving skills while gaining confidence in writing structured, maintainable C code. What makes this course unique is its game-centric learning design, where learners experience how foundational C concepts are applied in realistic programming scenarios. By completing the course, learners gain reusable coding patterns, stronger logical thinking, and the ability to design their own console-based applications—skills that are directly transferable to advanced programming, system development, and interview preparation.

Performance that Sticks: Coaching, Delegation & Development
e.g. This is primarily aimed at first- and second-year undergraduates interested in engineering or science, along with high school students and professionals with an interest in programming. Most performance problems don’t fail because people don’t care—they fail because “good” is unclear, feedback is fuzzy, and development has no system behind it. In this course, you’ll learn a practical, repeatable approach to improving performance that’s grounded in clear standards, coaching conversations that lead to behavior change, and development mechanisms that actually stick. You’ll start by turning vague expectations (like “be more proactive”) into observable performance standards tied to outcomes and behaviors. Then you’ll build a lightweight scorecard using a handful of leading and lagging signals—so performance discussions are fair, specific, and based on shared evidence instead of memory or impressions. Next, you’ll practice giving feedback that’s actionable and non-judgmental using structured models like SBI and AID, and you’ll add feed-forward techniques to shift conversations from rehashing mistakes to improving what happens next. From there, you’ll design development systems that scale: delegation levels matched to readiness and risk, Individual Development Plans with milestones, and deliberate practice loops supported by mini-rubrics. Finally, you’ll learn how to manage performance variance across a team—supporting high performers without creating hero culture, unlocking growth in solid contributors, and addressing low performance with clarity—while building peer coaching and mentorship structures that reinforce development beyond the manager.
