تكلفة رأس المال: تقييم السندات والأسهم | Cost of Capital

Azure Data Factory : Implement SCD Type 1
In this project, you will learn how to implement one of the most common concept in real world projects i.e. Slowly Changing Dimension Type 1, using Azure Data Factory. Pre-requisites: Azure subscription Azure Data Factory knowledge (Basic) Following are the tasks covered in this project: Task 1: Understand Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Type 1 In this task, we will try to understand the concept of Slowly Changing Dimension and its different types, but will focus on Type 1 using a simple example. Task 2: Create Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database In this task, we are going to create the azure services like azure data factory and azure sql database which are going to be used in later tasks. Azure sql database is going to contain the staging and dimension table whereas azure data factory is going to be used to create the data pipeline Task 3: Create Staging and Dimension Table in Azure SQL Database In this task, we will create the staging and dimension table in azure sql database. Also, we will insert some dummy records in staging table Task 4: Create a ADF pipeline to implement SCD Type 1 (Insert Logic) In this task, we are going to create the pipeline in azure data factory and implement the logic to insert new records which exists in staging table but doesnt exist in dimension. This is one scenario/use case of SCD Type 1. Task 5: Create a ADF pipeline to implement SCD Type 1 (Update Logic) In this task, we are going to create the pipeline in azure data factory and implement the logic to update records which exists in staging table as well as in dimension. This is another use case/scenario of SCD Type 1 Task 6: Demo of ADF pipeline This is final task in which we will run the pipeline to see whether it satisfies both the use case/scenario of SCD Type 1 All the Best !!

Computers, Waves, Simulations: A Practical Introduction to Numerical Methods using Python
Interested in learning how to solve partial differential equations with numerical methods and how to turn them into python codes? This course provides you with a basic introduction how to apply methods like the finite-difference method, the pseudospectral method, the linear and spectral element method to the 1D (or 2D) scalar wave equation. The mathematical derivation of the computational algorithm is accompanied by python codes embedded in Jupyter notebooks. In a unique setup you can see how the mathematical equations are transformed to a computer code and the results visualized. The emphasis is on illustrating the fundamental mathematical ingredients of the various numerical methods (e.g., Taylor series, Fourier series, differentiation, function interpolation, numerical integration) and how they compare. You will be provided with strategies how to ensure your solutions are correct, for example benchmarking with analytical solutions or convergence tests. The mathematical aspects are complemented by a basic introduction to wave physics, discretization, meshes, parallel programming, computing models. The course targets anyone who aims at developing or using numerical methods applied to partial differential equations and is seeking a practical introduction at a basic level. The methodologies discussed are widely used in natural sciences, engineering, as well as economics and other fields.

CompTIA Project+
The CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) exam is designed for individuals with practical hands-on experience managing projects, whether in Information Technology (IT) or some other discipline. This course will cover all the objectives divided into the 4 domains that CompTIA has determined are most valuable for managing projects: project management concepts, project life cycle phases, tools and documentation, and basics of IT and governance. This is a complete course for the PK0-005 Project+ exam; and all our videos are written to correlate exactly with the CompTIA exam objectives. We break down the topics from the exam objectives into 5-10 minutes videos so that you can find exactly what you are looking for to learn that piece of information, and then you can decide to watch another video or come back later and continue your studies. If you are taking the CompTIA Project+ PK0-005 exam, you may know that many organizations require you to have a Project+ certification to work for that organization. This is especially true for governmental agencies or very large corporations that have an emphasis in project management disciplines. But even if you're not required to earn the Project+ certification for your job, it can still provide you with a great deal of personal knowledge and satisfaction.

Design Scalable OpenGL Rendering Architectures
By the end of this course, learners will be able to design modular OpenGL rendering systems, apply shader communication techniques, structure vertex data efficiently, and implement reusable abstractions for buffers, shaders, and renderers. This course focuses on code organization and architecture in modern OpenGL, moving beyond basic drawing to teach how real-world rendering engines are structured. Learners will gain hands-on understanding of shader uniforms, Vertex Array Objects, buffer abstractions, shader management layers, and renderer design. Each module builds progressively, showing how low-level OpenGL concepts can be transformed into clean, maintainable, and scalable systems suitable for larger applications. Learners benefit by developing skills that directly translate to professional graphics programming, game engine development, and performance-critical visualization projects. The course emphasizes best practices, abstraction patterns, and architectural decision-making, helping learners avoid common pitfalls of tightly coupled or error-prone OpenGL code. What makes this course unique is its architecture-first approach: instead of isolated API usage, learners are guided to think like engine developers—structuring rendering pipelines, managing GPU state safely, and building reusable components that scale as applications grow.
