The Power of Markets II: Market Structure and Firm Behavior
In order to maximize profits, firms must ensure that any given output level is produced at least cost and then select the price-output combination that results in total revenue exceeding total cost by the greatest amount possible. With this in mind, this second module of the Power of Markets course addresses how firms can most effectively convert inputs into final output and then covers determining the best price-output combination for a firm and how this varies depending on whether the firm is operating in a perfectly competitive or imperfectly competitive market setting.

Planning your Client's Wealth over a 5-year Horizon
In this Capstone project, you will have to choose between three different characters (each with a unique set of financial constraints and objectives) and design an appropriate wealth plan for them over the next 5 years. You will have to use the knowledge you gained in each of the four preceding courses to reach that objective. Indeed, you will need to know which assets to consider and how to manage them depending on changes in the economic outlook (Course 1), how to evaluate and deal with your character's emotional biases in order to suggest them a wealth strategy they will be able to follow (Course 2), how to build an optimal portfolio and manage its risk once the strategy has been designed (Course 3) and how to adequately measure the performance of your plan while taking advantage of investment vehicles and future trends in the investment management industry to further your character's goals (Course 4). This Capstone project was designed in collaboration with UBS, our corporate partner, who benefits from years of experience in guiding clients with their wealth planning.

Plan and Score Content
Data-Driven Content Strategy: Planning, Scoring, and Prioritization is an intermediate-level course for marketers and content creators ready to move from reactive content production to proactive, strategic planning. If you've ever wondered if your content is truly effective or struggled to decide what to create next, this course will provide the framework to answer those questions with data. You'll learn to build a powerful quarterly content roadmap, meticulously mapping each idea to specific buyer personas and their journey through the marketing funnel—a technique mastered by industry leaders like First Round Review. This course will teach you to transform your content strategy from a guessing game into a predictable system for success. You will then dive into the evaluative side of content strategy, applying a weighted scoring model to assess the performance of existing assets using traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics. This process, inspired by Content Marketing Institute frameworks, helps you objectively identify your strongest and weakest content. Through hands-on practice with tools like Trello and spreadsheet-based scoring models, you will not only plan your content with precision but also learn to continuously re-prioritize your efforts to maximize business impact. Effective content strategy is a continuous decision loop—plan, publish, score, and re-prioritize—rather than a one-time planning exercise.”
