This course will introduce topics such as contracts, sponsorship, security, insurance, public relations, broadcasting, media, fan engagement, and others that guide informed facility and management decision making.
Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to define a multi-event facility enterprise; describe several advantages of in-house and for-hire management operations; discuss how to use data to make informed management decisions; and list several key event management critical functions.
