This course will be useful to anyone new to programming. You will learn how to set up a Python development environment and develop a simple application. You will also perform operations on simple data types like strings and numbers, as well as on more data structures like lists, ranges, tuples, dictionaries, and sets.
This is the first course in a multi-course Specialization.
