The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Capstone Project

This course marks the culmination of the IBM BI Analyst Professional Certificate. It provides you an opportunity to apply data analysis techniques acquired in the previous courses to real-world datasets, allowing you to extract meaningful insights and discover patterns. Throughout the course, you will work with various tools such as Excel for data cleaning and basic visualization, PostgreSQL and pgAdmin for data querying and complex analysis, and Tableau for data visualizations (learners may opt for other data visualization applications such as Cognos or Looker instead). At the end of the course, you will present and highlight the outcomes of the BI Analyst project, emphasizing their impact on decision-making and business performance. Upon completion of the course, you will have a variety of artifacts showcasing your business intelligence skills to include in your portfolio.
