本課程目標是建構三維模型，電腦實作為主要講授教材，以豐富有趣的範例與完整的繪製過程，步驟化地引導如何使用Sketchup這套3D建模軟體的技術。完成『工程圖學3D CAD』，你將有能力將存在於想像裡的立體物件，透過3D建模，實現出來！
